碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系碩士班 === 93 === ABSTRCT According to the latest survey of Ten Leading Causes of Death that the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Taiwan, R. O. C. was reported on 2005, suicide is one of the causes for last eight years contiguously. In addition, there is over 80% of the people developed psychopathy in the cause of suicide. Hence, the treatment and well taking care of psychopath become an important issue. According to the relevant study, psychopath needs multiple medical assisting and treatment. Apart from the use of medicine about 15 medical treatments to enhance pathology, attention shift could also palliative patient’s emotion or enhance pathology. There for, the construction of space-atmosphere is relatively important. Only if the perfection and plurality of layout for medical space could exploit treatment performance in addition to rebuilt up the pathology’s life ability. The purpose of this study was expecting to have a Psychiatric Hospital architecture planning which through induction and analysis after the data collection, investigation and medical staff interview in order to be a reference for building up Psychiatric space in future. Further more to expect this study could improve the quality of Psychiatric space layout. The study design was medical centre mainly and psychiatric centre hospital secondly. The time research range of this study was from Japanese occupied period to now. The treatment range of this study was medical space, processes and needs. By using literature review, fields investigate and interview to collecting relevant data in addition to induce, organize and analysis these data to get out come of this study as follows. 1. Entire Layout: An entire and independent psychiatric hospital should include seven areas. 2. Space Atmosphere: According to the use of each area could induce relevant space-atmosphere. 3. Space division processes: According to the investigation of service and service processes for each space to analysis and then to get the division of space processes. 4. Space division: Area layout and Space area in addition according to the condition space area can be classify in to three layouts. 5. Space acreage: According to induced conditions could get the acreage for each Space and area. 6. Space contents: According to the regulations, 5 cases investigation and interview could induce space contents. 7. Location considerations: According to investigation and entire analysis could induce Location considerations. 8. Space attribute: Through the data analysis and investigation could induce different Space attribute for each area.
