碩士 === 中華大學 === 土木工程學系碩士班 === 93 === Most of aboriginal children obtain resources of education scantily in their young age, it not only can result in bad situation while looking for work chance, but also bring about problems of economic risks in their future life. Such as Shin Kuang（Smagus）Tribe, it also face the issue of economic problems, the inhabitants fear and worry about risks of gained a living and the farm industry. The「Aboriginal tourism」trend influence tribe industrial development recently, the inhabitants hope they can make use of community participatory of Community Totality Management to develop tourist industry（green tourism）, to combine local culture with tourist industry to revive the local economy. But aborigines should not only depend on「tourist industry」to revive 「poverty」problems for generations, they must construct good educational environment for aboriginal children, their children have chances to get away form 「forever poverty」problems. Owing to this reason, researcher make the suggestion to build a Shin Kuang「Outdoor Library」, attempting to let inhabitants to participate and self-build, so that they can pay attention to educate and provide other selective educational offerings for their children. However, after participated 「Outdoor Library」constructive process, I realize the constructional result show that 「tourism benefit」override than「educational purpose」. Shin Kuang Tribe developed tourism and constructive process, it bring about diversified conflicts and compromises. During the developing process, that are inevitable, conflicts are represented challenges and growth. During the developing process of Shin Kuang Tribe constructed process, conflicts and argument of both inner members and outer districts took place in the past, but this circumstance will improve by many constructional process and experiences, By revive working methods of local association, their conflicts will disappear gradually. After all, 「Aboriginal tourism」is that inhabitants expect and believe deeply, they are willing to concentrate aboriginal consciousness to achieve their common goal. Therefore, local association constructional process call for interactions, conflicts and compromises constantly, the tribe development will have a chance to achieve their common expectation.
