This research uses Marshall Mix Design Method of asphalt mixes, which’s fine aggregate replaced to MSWIBA 10% , 20%. When air-void is 4.0 %, the asphalt content of municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash asphalt concrete (MSWIBA-AC) is close to the asphalt content of conventional asphalt concrete. MSWIBA-AC is better than conventional asphalt concrete in “test method for effect of moisture on asphalt concrete paving mixtures.” The rut resistance of MSWIBA-AC, which was evaluated by using a wheel-tracking device performed, is significantly better than conventional asphalt concrete. After one year, there isn’t any cracking and tracking on the MSWIBA-AC pavement. In this research, every kind of MSWIBA could be used in asphalt concrete. When using MSWIBA 10%, 20% in asphalt concrete, MAWIBA-AC is conformed to the standard asphalt concrete, except for the VMA of MSWIBA-AC.
