The objective of my research is to develop a rapid lateral-flow chromatographic membrane immunoassay test kit for detection of influenza virus. We developed a rapid lateral-flow kit for influenza A virus and complete the following : colloid gold、conjugation of colloid gold and antibody、the selection of rapid lateral-flow kit and optimize of capture buffer. Sample was diluted with capture buffer before test and we can observe the result within twenty mincutes and well performance in sensitivity(0.4 ng)、specifiity and repeatable test.
