Thus, the crucial point of designing the power amplifier not only lowers the cost but also minimizes circuit size and power consumption. The purpose of the thesis is to design 5.2 GHz Power amplifiers in LTCC Multilayer Substrate and GaAs HBT. It can work in 5.2 GHz Wireless LAN Under single supply voltage of 5V and the output power of 24dBm, two stages designed have gain 24dB , and power added efficiency (PAE) 25% . A 5.2GHz Class-E Power Amplifier MMICs is also proposal. Under single supply voltage of 5V and the output power of 20dBm, two designed MMICs have gain 20dB, and power added efficiency (PAE) 43% .
