Currently methods of impact analysis function mainly based on program code or implementation; few of them consider for earlier stage of software development requirement change. However, software developers thirst for earlier decision-making of any changes, including requirement changes. This research proposes an early-phase approach of software change impact identification with the ability to handle requirement changes. A computerized program will be implemented to demonstrate the approach and some examples will be used accordingly to demonstrate both the approach and implementation.
