From the results of contact angle and saturated water content, it was found that that collagen membrane is the most hydrophilic. In the test of cell adhesion, it was found that fibroblasts cannot adhere on the membrane of polyvinyl alcohol by comparing with the adhesion of fibroblast on tissue culture polystyrene dish. After treatment with platelet gel or attachin on PVA, the attachment and growth of fibroblast on PVA were found. Within the time of test, synthetic polymer materials didn’t degrade, whereas the content of degradation of collagen and chitosan membranes increased with time. From the evaluation of total protein and MTT test, the grow rate of fibroblast on different materials can be described by first order reaction. From the observation of fibroblasts on the materials, it was found that the positive charge surface of chitosan enhanced the fibroblasts to adhere on the material. Comparing with static culture system, the growth of fibroblast on RCCS was evaluated.The cell number from the culture of RCCS system is higher than that from static culture system. 楊禎明 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
