The material chosen were the isopore polycarbonate (PC) membrane and thermo-sensitive polymer N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) hydrogel. The plasma grafting and chemical crosslinking methods, were investigated to prepare isopore thermo-sensitive on-off hydrogel membrane. The measurements by graft percentage, thickness increase, FTIR analysis, and SEM analysis, demonstrated that these two preparative method were successful. The thermo-sensitivuty were fast and reversible and drug release rates ability of hydrogel is good. The drug release of 4-Acetamidophenol sigmaultra and Ranitidine HCl were determined.
