Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育研究所 === 93 === A Preliminary Study on the Strategic-Alliance Implementations among the Seed Schools ...of Information Technology (SSITs) in Kaohsiung county elementary and junior high schools Abstract The main purposes of this study are to explore the strategic-alliance implementations of the Seed Schools of Information Technology (SSITs) in Kaohsiung county elementary and junior high schools, to understand the basic concepts and real-state on school strategic-alliance of school teams, to know the considerations on SSITs partners-choice, to investigate the implementing types, key successful factors, difficulties, and relevant measures of school strategic-alliance of SSITs, to analysis and discuss the different SSITs members’ demographic factors which influent the school strategic-alliance performance. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions are made. The research employs questionnaires survey and in-depth interviews from the team members of 40 SSITs schools and the education administration officers of Kaohsiung County as the subjects. Based on the analysis results of qualitative and quantitative data, the following conclusions are as follows: 1. The major motivations of SSITs’ school strategic-alliance are resources complement, learning experiments share, SSITs plan efficiency, and school identity of team members. 2. The performance of school strategic-alliance depends on the cognitions and attitudes of SSITs principals. 3. The core competence of school strategic-alliance between SSITs are IT skills, IT equipments, qualified teachers, but according the SSITs team members’ opinions, there are high-performance team, executive staffs’ full support, teachers’ attitudes, well-capability of IT teaching, and peripheral devices, and etc. 4. The main obstacles of school strategic-alliance are gaps between ideals and practices of SSITs, tight progress, lacks of fiscal funds, and slippery policies. 5. The major factors of SSITs partner-choice are IT skills complement, short distance between each partners, conversant thoughts among principals, successful experiments delivery, and the willing of SSITs team members. 6. The main contents of School strategic-Alliance are focus on the demands and supports conditions of IT teaching. 7. The SSITs reputations which involving in school strategic-alliance are better than the ones which not involving in, but the school strategic-alliance performance of SSITs is merely remarkable. 8. The most successful factors of school strategic-alliance are well planning, team members’ participation, good discussion and communications, etc. 9. The basic attributes differences between SSITs caused the diversities of the school strategic-alliance.
