We can understand the current situation of the organizational learning and teachers sense of efficacy. From various individual and different background of schools, it can be understood the differences and correlation in the organizational learning and teachers sense of efficacy. According to the findings of the research,I provide the administration and teachers in junior high schools with concrete suggestions. The study used survey research and investigate the fields of these schools in Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung County. In every school﹐the objects of study included principal﹐heads of department and teachers. The main research tools focus on measuring organizational learning and teachers sense of efficacy in junior high school. All the collected information were analyzed by the statistic analysis, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. Finally, based on the previous results, I propose a practical suggestion. These important findings in the study are as follows : (1) The current situation of organizational learning and teacher sense of efficacy in junior high school is good. (2) The sense of organizational learning presents significant differences if the seniority of the staffs is over 26 years or with MA degree and the staffs take the learning activities inside or outside of the school and they work for the administration. (3) It is good to develop the school of organizational learning if the school is under 12 classes or the school less than 10 years old. (4) The perception of teachers sense of efficacy is better if the teachers have a graduate school training in education. (5) The sense of teachers efficacy is better if the school is located in the city. (6) The better the school of organizational learning is, the better the situation of the sense of teachers efficacy is. In conclusion, from this study we give a suggestions to the teachers in junior high school and educational administrative institutions. And we expect the advice can serve as a reference to the organizational learning in junior high school ; on the other hand, we also provide the teachers in junior high school what we found with regard to sense of efficacy.
