In the market that advocate consumers as the subject, it is necessary to understand the adults demands and the policy-making factors of chocing the higher recurrent education. The purpose of this study is to understand the decision factor for adults who participate in National Chung Cheng university’s adults and continuing(ACE) graduate school for master programs while still working, to discuss the adults when they choice to participate the higher recurrent education, its decision factors. This research searches with the questionnaire survey, attended graduate school inregisters for in 2002-2004 ACE graduate school for master programs while still working as the sample. Total have 382 people, recycling effective sample 221, by statistical procedures, such as frequency distribution, mean value, t-test and one-way ANOVA, carry on the data processing analysis. Conclusions are summarized as follows: The adult participates in the higher recurrent education decision factors. 1)The adult’s motivational factors in order is "obtains a higher school record", "personal satisfaction", "Advanced knowledge for entrepreneurship", "the trent influence by the lifetime learning ", "improving the working ability". 2)The adult search for information about ACE in order is "the Internet", "ACE student", "ACE professor's work", " visiting the campus ", "studying the relevant courses". 3)The characteristics of adults assessment for the ideal curriculum are "the teaching quality", "the curriculum plans", "the curriculum is interested", "the study atmosphere", "the quality of teachers"; After the adults actually participate in the study.The curriculum characteristic by "the teachers are amiable", "the quality of teachers", "the reputation of school","the campus landscape","the study atmosphere"are most satisfied. 4)The adults decided registers for consideration time approximately 5~6 months. 5)According to the adults participate in the study and feel satisfaction, they are also willing to recommend relatives and friends to go to study. Studies the conclusion according to above, this research is becoming to the center teaches the institute and the following research puts forward three proposals. 1)The suggestions for ACE policy, 2)The Marketing Strategy for ACE, 3)The suggestions of following research
