We found top six factors include: top manager support, skill of project team, champion, information technology infrastructure, coordination of organizational resources, participation of nurses. At the same time, we used two round Delphi, invited five nursing exports and found six indictors for making decision for e-course, and twenty courses for fitting transferring e-course. Finally, there were 467 questionnaires for nurses. The response rate was 52.46%. The result, “Learning interface” and “Personalize”, were most import factors for affecting learning satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as reference for other hospitals, governments and educations to developing “e“- nursing education. Hsin-Ginn Hwang Ph.D. 黃興進 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 271 zh-TW |
