| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 93 === Information security policy is the base and the highest guideline for organization to do information security management. Medical industry is IT intensive industry and offers the service closely related people’s life. Hence the information of them own should be more carefully protected. For these resins, this research purposes are：（1）understand the situation about hospitals making information security policy at present in Taiwan；（2）explore the factors affect hospitals making information security policy；（3）different type managers consider the factors with difference.
Base on the purposes, this research uses questionnaire to survey 94 medical center and regional hospitals, the results are：（1）there are over 32％ of above regional level hospitals have made information security policy；（2）among the measure items, most hospitals’ situation is located at deliver or operate stage；（3）new technology, hospital structure and the degree for MIS department gain support will affect hospital making information security policy；（4）the managers of MIS department and non-MIS department have different perspective on hospitals making information security policy.
