| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 93 === With the explosive development of the internet, it has become more and more convenient to the information communication. On the other hand, it has also been taking advantage of the transfer of piratical software or unauthorized digital content. Before having spread the concept of intellectual property to the public, software and content provider must aggressively obligate the license check. However, the hardware-based license management can achieve the better secure verification.
In this paper, we proposed unique smart card to manage the licenses of valued digital objects in PC, divided the digital objects into software and digital content, and defined the activities of management as license verification, license transfer, and license purchase on line. Besides, we compared the performance with early research, and analyzed the security of the proposed scheme from a malicious user’s point of view.
