Summary:碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 兵器系統工程研究所 === 93 === Nowadays, with the precision of industry and the complication of the purchase, receipt, storage, and distribution of military items, the distribution of aircraft materials is becoming more demanding. The optimum location of physical distribution center controls every location, however, the selection of the location of optimum physical distribution center can no longer be decided by only one factor. To satisfy the requirement for peacetime and wartime and to best support the operations, under the conditions of limited resources and budget, how can we select the optimum location of physical distribution center? In this research, by interviewing several experts and statistics, I tried to establish a evaluation model for selecting the optimum location of Air Force physical distribution center, and, based on five factors – cost, transportation, interior, environment, and requirement, I evolved and developed twenty-three (23) related doctrines; then, based on these doctrines, I constructed an analytic evaluation model, which applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of system engineering methodologies to solve the quantity problems when evaluating and selecting the location of physical distribution center. After that, I applied softwares such as Expert Choice and Excel to sort the questionnaires and acquire the expectant value that could help create validity. And then, within the range of validity and through the software calculation, I got a consistent result that could prove reliability. It is my sincere hope that Air Force General Headquarters would refer to this precise calculation model when deciding the location of Air Force physical distribution center.
