Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 兵器系統工程研究所 === 93 === During the year 2003 Persian Gulf War, the U.S. Army successfully applied RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to its logistic management, and obtained remarkable results. Our armed forces also learned from this operation and will introduce the RFID systems in the near future. Therefore, this research is a pioneer study in “the criteria of supplier selection for RFID systems on the navy,” in order to realize the cognition of those criteria from professional navy officer in different ranks. This research concluded six factors including 32 criteria from the literature and expert’s opinions, following by a questionnaire investigation in navy. Through the height level of means and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) methods, we obtained the cognitive order of each criterion resulting from the questionnaire. Since officers come from different backgrounds, it influences their cognition among these factors and criteria. The results of this research will provide armed forces an useful reference when RFID system and supplier selection are needed.
