Summary: | 碩士 === 真理大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 93 === Because the traditional knowledge management system cannot handle tacit knowledge well, it was not satisfy expect of enterprises in the past. People can apply and share their tacit knowledge effectively in the knowledge community so that building a powerful community becomes an important part of knowledge management. Many knowledge possessors are able to form a network by interactions in knowledge community, but they still cannot send knowledge exactly and quickly when someone needs.
Data mining can be used to track knowledge community members so that right knowledge possessors can be found when someone needs. However, for promoting benefit of tacit knowledge, a knowledge possessor evaluation principle has to be developed. Evaluation indexes are extracted from opinions of members, and AHP can determine these indexes how important for a knowledge demander. Standing on the evaluation principle that is able to satisfy everyone, we can design and setup a Personal Tacit Knowledge System in the community.
After putting the knowledge possessor evaluation principle into practice, final system assessment shows that most users consider functions of the knowledge community are faultless. Every item has obvious and positive difference between Personal Tacit Knowledge System runs before and after. It presents that several weak parts of original community has been strengthened. Especially, the system helps users to understand their problems in work, and everybody can find knowledge quickly when they need.
