Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 化學工程學系 === 92 === In this research, the layered perovskites of CsPb2Nb3O10 and KCa2Nb3O10 metal oxides of Dion-Jacobson phases were modified by ion-exchange of H+、HOOC(CH2)10NH3+ and tetrabutylammonium ions(TBA+). The instruments of X-ray diffraction instrument(XRD)、scanning electron microscope(SEM)、Raman scattering spectrometer、Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)、thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) were used to analyze the physical properties. The polymer nanocomposite composed with PMMA and HOOC(CH2)10NH3- Ca2Nb3O10 were prepared in N,N-Dimethyl formamide(DMF). From XRD data and SEM morphology, the d-spacing of layered HCa2Nb3O10 increased effectively by intercalated ions of HOOC(CH2)10NH3+ and TBA+. The Raman and IR spectrum suggested that the lattice distortion of the perovskite layer existed due to the ion-exchanging process. The experimental results of TGA and DSC showed that the dehydration of topochemical condensation reactions proceeded under high temperature. It made the protoned derivatives stable. The weight loss due to the oxidative decomposition of HOOC(CH2)10NH3Ca2Nb3O10 was calculated by TGA analysis. The dielectric properties measured by dielectric analyzer (DEA) was analyzed to elucidate the effect of nanocomposite composition on the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and conductivity relaxation time.
