碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 92 === The research is a consubstantial case study which will investigate deeply the progress of establishment for high evaluation of professional ethics and the factors of influence by studying the professionals who was acknowledged generally by sociality and has the pattern of high evaluation and integrity. In order to draw out the progress of establishment for professional ethics and the factors of influence from the occupational behaviors, the researcher used the investigated model of “life history” to build up the phenomenon of interview and observation by the interview with depth and observation of structural formula. It is to restore the original nature of experience phenomenon by explaining the methodology of phenomenology, and to explain the deep definition of the nature. The researcher applied the methodology of subject analysis to analyze the data and conclude the three subjective from interview and observation with the agreement of he interviewer under the reciprocal objective. 1. It is an important strength to support people to overcome the difficult time. 2. Professional ethics is the key factor to explore the value of professional. 3. The evaluation of professional ethics and integrity will be embedded by the building of ethical environment and awakening of individual righteousness. Nowadays, the value from the occupation will not only satisfy with the individual need, but also let people get more value from it for living. Thus, the professional ethics is the necessary condition to let the occupation manifest its value in the society. The target of technical education should not only help students to find the job or occupation, also teach them to understand the meaning of life and pursue the dream of life and then to be able to face any challenge. Setting up the education as the target, the good example will encourage the positive effect for individual with deep influence during the learning. Therefore, the achievement of the research is to present the person, who has the high evaluation in professional ethics, how to establish the professional ethics and the factors of influence, and connotation of professional ethics in the career. One of the purpose is to expect to evoke the sociality can respect the pattern has the positive effect for ethical evaluation; the other one is to expect to provide the opportunities for the educator to think deeply for the connotation of ethical education and progress.
