It is especially important to analyze the factors which make them back to school, their performance during the class, the inner and outer problems they encounter, and the benefit to students’ personal career. The study used qualitative research. The research methods include observation and interview. The findings of the study are as follows: 1.The reasons for multiple-role women belong to mid-lower class back to Practical Skill Class of Vocational High School include pursuing self-realization, searching the space of personal growth, promoting the practical career needs, and expanding interpersonal relationship. 2. During further education, multiple-role women study hard, perform academic work excellently, and meet social expectation. However, they are busy and experience much time pressure. The social interaction in the school is limited to married group. 3.Multiple-role women are endowed with heavy individual family responsibilities. During the further education, they still can’t get rid of family bondage, and have to endure many diversified impacts. More often than not, they are forced to suspend their study due to their family and experience more mental burden. Supports from family members are the crucial key to their further education. 4.The relevant effects and benefits for multiple-role women’s further education include obtaining the awareness of self-development, expanding women’s social relationship, rebuilding interpersonal relationship, and enhancing the family’s educational functions. none 巫銘昌 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 113 zh-TW
