And it offers some proper advices and methods for those students in the process of interacting with each other. The final end is to reduce their interpersonal conflict and crisis and to give advice according to the result. This study is based on the students in the public junior high schools in Yunlin County. The students participated in this study are randomly picked. They encompass grade one, grade two, and grade three of the six supervision schools. The classes picked up are from the six schools, three classes for each school. And there are 18 classes, i.e. 540 students randomly picked up as the samples. The questionnaire used is “The questionnaire of the life experience of junior high school students,” and it contains two parts. One is “Personal information”, and the other is “The index of social skills in school”. The one-way analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA) is used on the statistics. The conclusions of the study: 1. The social skills of junior high school students have significant different in ages. 2. The social skills of junior high school students have significant different in gender. 3. The social skills of junior high school students have significant different in the siblings of those samples. 4. The social skills of junior high school students have significant different in the order of birth. 5. The social skills of junior high school students have no significant different in different school achievement. 6. Among the social skills, the cooperation of junior high school students have significant different because of different school achievements. 7. The social skills of junior high school students have no significant different in raising by parents or by grandparents. 8. The social skills of junior high school students have no significant different in one-parent family. 9. The social skills of junior high school students have no significant different in social status. According to the study, the related theories and the former discussions, the advices are given to students, parents, teachers, and all the school staffs. They are the reference for parents to raise children, for teachers to guide students, and for the school staffs to main their administration in school affairs.
