| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 92 === Nowadays , the broadband access network has become the mainstream around the world . ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is the main product of CHT broadband network services . It plays a very important role in the broadband access network . In this thesis we focus on the discussion of the maintenance viewpoint and support system . And this paper also describes a testing method for ADSL physical layer and the performance in wide bandwidth applications. We propose a efficient operating support system , BroAdband Network Service Processing and Management System (BANPS) , by means of the system we can efficiently fulfill the support and maintenance work . We can offer the customers the broadband access network high stability and quality , and so on , thus enhance customers’ satisfaction .
