The effects using traditional CRT is very poor and using HDTV becomes most beautifully described. Due to the uncommon price of LCD and PDP panels attached to HDTV, it is too expensive to attract consumers. This thesis proposes the novel driving method to reduce the frequency of the Data IC’s switching, in order to decrease the power consumptions and resolve the overheat situation, and be aimed to the insufficient gray level to proceed image processing improvably, and increase the quality of PDP.
