DSS focused on providing a calculation, data analysis, and also allowed decision makers to make their choices faster and more efficiently. In 1970, “strategy and backup system” and “expert system” were successful in some areas. This effect leaded the developments of medically development, information technologic, and computer programs. Even thought the growth of Vet Clinic System began in 1980, but the software of Vet Clinic System in Taiwan was still in the beginning nowaday. Assisting veterinarian to control fishery disease inspection and quarantine, developing a system to assist the persons to determine the procedures for fishery diseases, and recording all the information of fishery diseases, improving the skills of determining fishery diseases, building a information center that combined the dates of fishery diseases all over the world, and sharing the all the information of fishery diseases were the purposes of this study. The benefits of this study are: 1.Building an information server that recorded all the fishery diseases and electric records for data analysis and information sharing. 2.This system will record all the literatures of fishery diseases and the experiences of veterinarians. 3.Making an intelligent fishery diseases clinical system to assist veterinarians. 4.Providing the fishery diseases clinical service; through the Internet the veterinarians could get the same information in different place. 5.Providing vet courses materials.
