Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 電子與資訊工程研究所碩士班 === 92 === The pH value is one of the most important parameters for characterizing the chemical properties of solution. This study uses the extended gate ion sensitive field effect transistor (EGISFET) to research and manufacture the array sensitive sensor device. The system utilizes the fuzzy theory to control the temperature of the solution and to senses the pH value. The array sensitive device is the system terminal module and the single chip for the integration system kernel. The integration system which uses the EGISFET array via the analog circuit to magnify the signal controls the temperature of solution. One of the functions of the signal utilizing the single chip is A/D conversion and the system digitally processes all the sensory signals. In control of the integrated system, keyboard or infrared remote control inputs it, which shows the individual output display, sets an adjustable standard and determines whether the solution is acid or base. The results of the system experiments according to sensitive linearity and reliability of H+ ion are convincing. Comparing the membrane of SnO2-, TiO2-EGFET at 25℃, the solution from pH1 to pH12 can obtain the average sensitivity of 56.88mV/pH and 55.95mV/pH, respectively. Accuracy of the system is 0.1pH. The maximum distance of the infrared remote control is three meters.
