Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 92 === This research is to discuss how enterprises develop based on governmental economic policies in Taiwan and changes of global resources disposing in recent 50 years. Five of 13 firms in Taichung that has achieved “Rising Star Award” in past six years were interviewed and studied in this thesis. They are packing machine enterprise, bicycle material manufacturing enterprise, discharge device enterprise, body-building equipment enterprise, and auto-produce equipment of mini-drill enterprise. This research was based on in-depth interviews and case studies. The analysis has come to the conclusion that the following fundamentals have significantly effect on business strategy: entrepreneur, entrepreneurship, resources, core competence, corporate culture, and industry value network. Entrepreneurship is established from the unsatisfaction to the current status that subsists in different business stages. Therefore, successful enterprises all possess the spirits of aggressiveness, learning, growing and innovation. Enterprises in Taiwan have its unique industry development cycles, which this study will define and probe into entrepreneurial stage, growing-managed stage and integrated-managed stage. These three stages have form completed enterprise matrix and operation factors have performed major influence in each stage. The main results are as follows: 1.With the growing of the enterprise, the entrepreneur should always keep the spirit that should phase out with varies of the environment and growth of the enterprise instead of persisting the origin solution and operation when business founding begins. 2.Resources-based of an enterprise would diversify with the market opportunity, and flexibility and aggressiveness would be critical to acquire and accumulate core competence. 3.Through continuous accredited and assuredness awarded it would extend the opportunity of alliance and contribute the perfection of its internal managerial process.
