Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 92 === Due to rapid changes of consumer’s demand, new product development is becoming much important than before for business. New product development describes the direction of product portfolio, reinforce or transfer of business strategy , and the key point of continuing management. When the firm becomes “the product development company”, excepting the fitness between product concept and consumer demand, it is also an important issue for decision makers that about the linkage between business objectives of product development and business emphasis.
Because the product development activities involve the field very widely and complicatedly, the product development company is often unable to finish the product development activity alone. It must seek cooperation of other enterprise build the product development network to cope with the changing fast of market demand. Therefore; this thesis is based on value network theory to explore the related issues of new product development.
The results of this study as following:
(1)The business emphasis of the product development company will influence
the settlement of the business objectives of product development
(2)The business objectives of product development will influence the
importance of the product development process
(3)The dependable state among the products development company and network
member will influence the choice of cooperation relationship.
