Evolves in the household politics service management mechanism in several stages, by the Easton’s theory overhead construction, was allowed to see the policy the making to come under at that time the environment influence, but carried out the difficulty and the back coupling were partial, also had the relative varying degree the change. The household politics service mechanism between the policy and the execution evolution may induce four types: 1. The policy changes, the execution changes. 2. The policy changes, the execution is invariable. 3. The policy is invariable, the execution changes. 4. The policy is invariable, execution invariable. This research is restricted in the literature the subjective explanation, as well as the visit object only establishes in Changhua County, its representation fears has the insufficiency. However the future household politics management service mechanism, perhaps refer uses this theory framework to analyze and to propose in accordance to the strategy, also may for the following researcher to make more widespread and a complete discussion.
