In order to survive in the future, the enterprises obviously have to make themselves more competitive than ever. Management of operational performance is more and more important for feedstuff industry under the environment with vigorous competition. The case study method is applied to this research of feedstuff industry in Taiwan by depth interviews. In order to realize the operational strategy, goal of the strategy, evaluation system of achievement and the linkage between the evaluation system of achievement and goal of the strategy at present time in feedstuff industry. And to understand feedstuff enterprises’ opinion on each different function of the position through questionnaire survey method. According to Balanced Scorecard developed by Kaplan and Norton, to provide feedstuff enterprises a managerial model of the strategy and to assists managers to achieve the target. This research summaries the strategy and performance management of one enterprise case When enterprises could execute these twelve steps in turn sequences the following three goals could be achieved, and it can be other enterprises’ reference. (1) To understand operational strategy by analyzing the industry itself as well as the advantage and disadvantage of the competition within the industries. (2) To be consensus of each different function or work-together unit and business unit by designed process of Balanced Scorecard.
