Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業技術學院 === 企業管理所 === 92 === The Community Financial Institutions is the important financial institution in the economic society of Taiwan. Because of financial liberalization, internationalization and information technicalization, the global financial environment undergoes structural transition, which makes government''s management of the financial market transfer from conservative to freedom, causing the competitions between the financial institution in Taiwan to be fierce day by day. The Community Financial Institutions are facing the harsh attack of the domestic troubles and foreign invasions,the competitiveness declines. Sitting on the key position of the whole financial system, Community Financial Institutions have faced the severe test of survival and competitive. Hence, lifting the competitiveness of Community Financial Institutions is of the most important and is the main stream of my study. The purpose of this study is to construct competitiveness of Community Financial Institutions based on business environment, business strategy, core competency and competitive advantages.
A total of 312 questionnaires were mailed to the executives at the head office of Community Financial Institutions. 166 firms responded, the effective questionnaire is 163;that is, the effective rate of questionnaire is 52.24%. The hypotheses are demonstrated by descriptive statistics, factor analysis , reliability analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and path analysis.
The conclusion of this research is as follows:
1.In business environment, core competency, and competitive advantages, different positions are significant. In business environment, core competency, and competitive advantages, different service organizations are significant. In business environment and competitive advantages, different gender are significant. In core competency and business strategy, different degree are significant. In business environment and business strategy, different service seniority are significant.
2.Business environment and core competency are significantly related to business strategy. Core competency and business strategy are significantly related to competitive advantages.
3.Business environment and core competency have significant impacts on business strategy. Core competency and business strategy have significant impacts on competitive advantages.
