Among these invisible assets, patent right is the easiest to be valued; this we can realize that the concept of considering the intellectual result as a property has been forming in more and more business in the country. As there will be increasing business to conceive patent right as important strategic assets or competition weapons, the patent right previously regarded simply as legal subject has changed to become an important management strategy of upholding business competitiveness and revenue. In this exploratory study, case study and in-depth for data collections are both applied. Through literature review in this study, making use of 7S framework , to delineate organization structure into 7 components. These are﹙1﹚strategy.﹙2﹚system.﹙3﹚structure.﹙4﹚shared value.﹙5﹚style.﹙6﹚staff.﹙7﹚skill. The cases interviewed including four electronic connector company. Therefore apart from working on the development of patent right, business should also let experience and knowledge being shared in the organization, so that the 7S factors can be closely related to achieve a concerted performance. In era of intense competition, these aspects are consequential. in the business the output of business performance of intellectual property right become the utmost paradigm.
