Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 92 === Abstract Punching is one of basic combat skills in Chinese Wushu. Punching with twisting trunk, a process of moving the trunk from side to front, is the key to perform faster speed and stronger strength. The purposes of this study were to analyze the characteristics of punching by high speed video camera, force platform, and accelerometer. Six college male students who major in Wushu were selected as the subjects. All subjects were asked to punch the target with two conditions (twisting trunk and non-twisting trunk). The differences between twisting trunk and non-twisting trunk conditions were analyzed using dependent t-test. The correlations among parameters were analyzed using Pearson correlation test. The significant level was at 0.05. The findings are as followed (1) The characteristics of punching of Chinese Wushu accorded with the kinematics chain. (2) Using the application of “mass effect” effectively could provide greater punching impact force, which mean to increase the displacement of COP and to accelerate the velocity of joints of upper arm during punching. (3) During two conditions of punching target, the vertical ground reaction force and impact fore were related. (4) The change of punching impact is longer for the punch contact duration, this part also possibly is characteristic of the Chinese Wushu punch technology.
