Summary:碩士 === 臺南藝術學院 === 藝術史與藝術評論研究所 === 92 === Abstract In September 2003 the 「Art of Kaohsiung2003─Ink and Mind:Creation without Limits」exhibition was held at Koahsiung Museum of Fine Aat. This exhibition was not only the important contemporary ink art exhibition in Kaohsiung area, also was one of the few great exhibitions of ink art that held by government unit in the recent years. In accordance with the curator Hung Ken-shen’s saying the contemporary ink art is developing under a critical circumstance, severed the traditional and digitalized. Also he indicated that the linguistic transformation is the most important feature of contemporary ink art. As what the audiences saw and felt, works in the exhibition was actually different with earlier, which revealed the sign of transformation. To go through with discriminate and indicate the inner differentiations of old and new ink art, I intend to make a comparison of the conception system of traditional ink art and the exhibition works form. During this article I shall possibly to point out the original differences of traditional and contemporary ink art in art creative concepts and trying to delimit the boundaries of such works or locating their own position.
