The author deeply studies this industry prospect and the competitiveness of case company by MERSI management skills as a diagnosis tool. This research selects the case company which has been striving in this industry for many years. By mean of diversification and M&A, case company’s revenue is over NT 10 billion threshold and becomes a large size of IC distributor. It performs even better than other senior companies in the industry. This research is to diagnose the competitiveness of case company by MERSI management skill and offers some suggestions. Hoping these suggestions can upgrade the future development of case company.
