And probing into the effect of various dipping time and heat treatment on the microstructure and the interface property. Finally, using Vane-on-disk dry wearing system of the Fe2Al5 layer and the plate that owned martensite phase to probe into the effect of normal load, slip speed on wear rate, wear surface and wear particles. The results of experiments show that the reaction velocity can be increase by rotating Ni particles in the melten Al. Then, the A359 Al/5, 10, 15 and 20wt% Ni alloy are making. No matter the S45C plate dip into A359 Al or Al-Ni alloy, the Fe2Al5 would be synthetized on the Fe-Al interface. When the dipping melt is A359 Al, the activation energy of Fe2Al5 is 7.08 kcal/mol between 300℃~500℃. When the dipping melt is A359 Al/ 20wt% Ni alloy, the activation energy of Fe2Al5 is 9.52 kcal/mol between 300℃~500℃. The Fe2Al5 layer arise brittle deformation easily, because of the shear stress in the wear test. The brittle deformation becomes more obvious, when the slip speed increases. The wear particles fix between Fe2Al5 layer and the plate that owned martensite phase easily, when the normal load increases. Then, the two wear surfaces would be plough easily.
