However the current environment changes rapidly and the number of the transnational organizations keeps increasing, we take more seriously not only about the knowledge management of the transnational corporation’s parent company, but also about the subsidiaries’ knowledge management However, the strategy position of each subsidiary is different from one another because the dissimilarity of the environment and the management policy of the parent company of its place are not the same. Would the difference of strategy position of the subsidiary influence the path of knowledge transfer? In addition many organizations usually expect to increase organization performance by using the knowledge management. However, would the different way of knowledge transfer to subsidiary cause different performance? What factor would influence the organizations performance when transnational corporation carry out the knowledge transfer? And would organization culture cause a certain degree of influence when the enterprise carries on the knowledge transfer to organization? This will be the question that this study wants to discuss. The purpose of this study hopes to help the transnational corporation to have good preparations for future problems and the abilities to solve them and make the knowledge transfer more efficient then increase the efficiency of the organization. The result of this study is as follow: 1.The Strategy position would influence the way of organization knowledge transfer. 2.The way of knowledge transfer would cause different degrees of influence to the organization efficiency in difference industries.
