Through multiple case studies, to discuss KPIs with these companies of D Plan and to collect related documents and data of this study, we hope to describe these cases in depth, at the same time to generalize and summarize them for the sake of setting up KPIs. The main benefits of carrying out D Plan are: To reduce effectively the shipment exception cost for the shipment visibility and the pre-alert of the logistics exception. To increase inventory turnover and also reduce related costs of inventory due to the increasing inventory visibility. To increase order fill rate which ranges from 6% to 20% and make most of them to achieve 90%. To achieve more then 90% of on-time delivery on average which leads to the reduction of the operation cost of logistics and penalty cost.
