As the traditional telephone network is connected via PSTN (Public Switch Telephone Network), the set up of communication lines for VoIP technology will help effective cost-down and management. The business users must buy international telephone prepaid card or Call Center Server to reduce expense when they are outside of the Intranet country with no roaming and registration mechanism. The enterprise must go everywhere of the world as it’s a global market business. This rises the telephone communication expense when the business users communicate with their own companies in overseas. This paper is to employ the Mobile IP technology with roaming mechanism subject to the internet telephone and fixed line in a seal IP network operation, the business users will not only communicate with their own companies when they go abroad but also reduce the communication cost with local telephone bill by using Public Switch Telephone Network. This purpose of this paper is to use VoIP over Mobile IP mechanism, the users can communicate by connecting original main engine with the network even in a remote place.
