Although the application on various kinds of respects of network is getting fast development, but all of them have an important issue is security. Mobile Agent is a technology that has been research and development in recent years. The advances of the Mobile Agent technology include personalized, autonomous, mobility and adaptive. Because Mobile Agent technology has mobility and autonomy, so that it have more security threats than common network applications. In this paper, We present a secure mechanism include an authentication module and an authorization policy. There are some researches issues will be discussed in this paper. They include the Agent, Mobile Agent, Digital Signature, Algorithm Public key Infrastructure (PKI), Access Control。
