Description
Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 化學工程與材料工程學系 === 92 === Membrane ultrafiltration of macromolecular solutions is usually analyzed by the gel polarization model, the osmotic pressure model, and the resistance -in-series. Unconventionally, the permeate flux was analyzed in present work by exponential model and hyperbolic-tangent model for ultrafiltration in hollow-fiber modules. The experimental results for ultrafiltration of three aqueous solutions (Dextran T500、PVP-360 and PVA) in an Amico model HIP30-20 hollow-fiber module were employed to check these two mathematical models. Since both present models satisfy the essential conditions, they confirmed well with the experimental results, especial for the exponential model applied to PVA aqueous solution.
