The Taiwanese garment & textile industrial manufacturer produces the center of gravity also gradually to shift to the mainland causes it to become the whole world most important production base. Also providing Taiwan''s garment & textile industry to find another development base. But whether China really does have in the garment & textile industry can provide to the Taiwanese or the foreign manufacturer relative industrial international competitive strength. Simultaneously does mainland also can provide garment & textile industry merchant to have the developing and competitive environment. Therefore, the research will take mainland’s garment & textile industry as research object. We have to discuss the direction that the industrial international competitiveness for the mainland’s market of the garment & textile in the correlation factor research analysis Speaking of in various industrial competitive advantage aspects, take industrial international competitiveness definition as some industry in a country or local vigorous development. And are opposite to other competitive countries or the area has the more outstanding international competitive strength. The industrial competitive advantage certainly is because of the industry builds the environment and the condition of some countries or areas must be better than those of other countries or the areas. Generally studies always pay much attention to that the mainland’s garment & textile industry the relative competitive advantage origin to revolves around in mainland China raw material, the labor force and the land inexpensive aspect. But the author wants to understand whether also has other industrial international competitive strength the key aspect existence. Has become this research important research direction. This research by Porter (1990) diamond pattern for main theory overhead construction. By way of below asked the volume the regression analysis and three manager''s interview obtains afterwards discovered: 1.
