2.Information gathering of the current development of the Network Society in mainland China.
3.Analyze the probable effects of mainland China’s virtual Network Society to its real society.
The research demonstrates that the Network Society in mainland China is under active developing and shaping as a result of a decade-long build up of the National Information Infrastructure (NII), and the internet society is becoming an important factor affecting the society in mainland China. Considering the continuously growth of global Chinese cyber society, it is proposed herein that our government should form the policy to advocate the development of Chinese cyber society, exploit our relative advantage of it to revert the relative weakness of Taiwan in the global strategic framework.
