Because all kinds of moods and motives，I have four research-intentions： 1. Deeply probe the meanings and contents of the dietary culture. 2. Comprehend the current situation of Zhang-Zhou city and the dietary culture. 3. Comprehend the current situation of Chang-Hua city and the dietary culture. 4. Comprehend Zhang-Zhou city and Chang-Hua city --- concerning the specific of dietary culture. In sequence，I make use of the proper research-steps and methods to obtain the conclusion. *The research-methods：1.Field-research 2.Questionnaire-survey 3.Archives-research *The research-targets：The inhabitant between Main-China and Taiwan--- A case of Zhang-Zhou city and Chang-Hua city *The research-time：About the current situation.( A.D.2003 ) Besides the past archives，we can explore the current dietary between Main-China and Taiwan in the five respects： *The research-frame：1.The evolution of the human-history and the structure of the social and economic affairs 2.The special festival of the year 3.The regional families 4.The important rite of the life 5.The dietary market *The conclusion：1.People create the dietary culture peculiarly. The dietary culture--- means that is about the diet，not means the object itself；it contains latently or develops the four parts：The production-technology、the thought-sense、the behavior-activity and the history-record. In brief， the thought-sense is the main body of the four parts. 2.By the reply of the questionnaire-survey、the observation、archives and the visit，we understand the current condition between Main-China and Taiwan and the dietary culture：the evolution of the human-history and the structure of the social and economic affairs、the special festival of the year、the regional families、the important rite of the life and the dietary market.We find the four properties of the dietary culture between Main-China and Taiwan---in Zhang-Zhou city and Chang-Hua city：1.The univerality 2. The application to both cases 3.The difference 4. The changes # .
