This research aims at the six items in the basic information of the research objective, four items of creativities learning situation, and fifty detail items of creativity’s intellectual operation factor, to proceed with research, according to the seven hundreds seventy-five junior high students in the distribution area of the research objective, to proceed with questionnaire investigation. The important research conclusion of this research is as followed: 1. Gender on the size of junior high students’ creativity has no obvious difference; the creativity of junior high students on the eastern district is the greatest; creativity of the third year junior high students is relatively higher; as for the birth order, the creativity of the only child that is relatively higher. 2. The higher the parents’ educational level, the greater the creativity of the student will be; the higher the grade average in the science subject, the greater the creativity of the student will be. For those whose grade average for the science subject is above 90%, it will be obvious that it is greater than the other three items. 3. The creativity of those who have participated in the science competition is higher than those who have never participated in it; those who have once participated in the activities related to creativity, his or her creativity is obvious higher than those who have never participated in the activities related to creativity. 4. For the sequence order on the important level of the creativity’s intellectual operation, the highest is “it’s very important to get along with everyone”, second would be “diligent is the foundation for success”; the lowest in the sequence is “the process of analyze failure is a waste of time behavior”, the second to the last is “inspiration and success in unrelated”. 5. The important level for the creativity’s intellectual operation factor “able to research and study on a hard subject for a long time and not giving up” boy is greater than girl; “feel one has made special contribution to his or her class”, and “as for a curious matter, the impression will be deeper”, girl is greater than boy. 6. The important level for the creativity’s intellectual operation factor─eastern district on the third year student “feel one has made special contribution to one’s class”, for the natural science subject of the eastern district with grade average above 90% “often under no intention would think of the best idea”, natural science subject of the first year student with average of 70~79% “have habit of collecting things”, grade average of the first year student above 90% “can often knowing in advance the problem solving method”, for the above, the creativity on the detail item of intellectual operation is the greatest.
