In order to help enterprise to implement collaborative design management and plan the key performance indicator, it is need to built a valuation model that suits with Taiwan’s industy. This research take the companies who participated the Taiwan government supportive plans as the main research object. The companies include three categories: information、textile and mechanical industry. This study makes use of the conjoint analysis to analyze factor preference of different industries while executives are planing collaborative design management. The result provide references for three different industry to design the key performace indicators as enterprise implement collaorative design management.
