碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 商業自動化與管理研究所 === 92 === Facing the global competition under the trend for e-solution, knowledge, and innovation, the key element for every industry to upgrade industry and to operate continuously is to integrate resources within business with effective application of information technology. In response to the international trend for key IT application and the phased industrial development policy of the government, ITAP further schemed a subsidized plan for time-limited “special promotion project”, such as e-solutions for information industry (Project A and B) and e-Cash, e- Delivery, Engineering Collaboration Project (Project C, D, and E). Project A and B had completed in December, 2001.The objective of Project C, D, and E is to continue and extend the effect achieved by Project A&B and to advance Taiwan to a high-value-added Global Planning and Management Center. We’ll try to use game theory on the model of interactive platform between focal manufactures and banks. We also concluded five key factors in this project and strengthen the power of explanatory for C-Plan. We’ve depicted the actual prcess concretely and provided a macroscope view and future prediction for the industry researches.
