It is a service-oriented architecture which has advantages like cross-heterogeneous platform、 cross-language and cross-Internet that can transmit information in time. Users can via any equipment to access information or integrate information into different applications any time or any place. Although web services has good prospects in the future, it is just in the initial stage. Many standards and practical manipulations stay on the conceptual stage. The applications of web services focus on enterprise application integrated or business to business integrated or exchange of information between business and business. Web services lacks for integrating all services that enterprises provide to satisfy users’ demands. The study uses examples of three used car factories (TOYOTA Motor, FORD Motor and HONDA Motor) and service-oriented architecture to integrate whole of the used car services. Users can use this system that constructs from service-oriented architecture to communicate with different services and find out instant and integrated information. The information that users can query via Case-Based Reasoning and Neural Network methods to estimate acceptable value and relevant information of used car.
