Contrast to past days, low price is not enough to maintain advantage for getting orders. Thus, reduce order cycle time is very important. However, time compress will added cost in the meantime. Hence, there trade-off effect between time efficiency and cost efficiency. Global logistics local configuration model can improve this problem in some degree.
In this research we focus on notebook manufacture industries and using multi-objective programming, discussing under different strategy applying. under different produce scale ,with setting two performance goal:Total cost and order cycle time.
This research provide a reference model for notebook manufacture companies, trying to help them choosing the suitable strategy.
