The study objects were 698 teachers of public and private comprehensive high schools in Taiwan (including Kinmen County, Matsu County, and Penghu County). Using “The Scale of Teacher Efficacy for Comprehensive High Schools” as the instrument, the quantitative data obtained were analyzed by the computer program SPSS for window 10.0. The result was analyzed as the descriptive statistics (Mean & Standard Deviation), independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions were as following: 1.In Taiwan, the teacher efficacy for comprehensive high school teachers was above average. 2.Among comprehensive high schools’ teachers, the personal teacher efficacy was better than the general teacher efficacy. 3.The teacher efficacy of comprehensive high schools were significant differences in gender, seniority, duties, and programs, except for age, marriage, educational background, major, and the second specialty. 4.The teacher efficacy of comprehensive high schools were significant differences in location and identification, except for the number of school classes. Finally, based on the results of this study, some concrete suggestions were offered to teachers, schools, the educational administration, and the future study.
