Nowadays, mining industry centers on the surface mining of limestone and marble for cement industry, dimension stone for construction, silica sand for glass industry, fire clay and china clay for kiln industry as well as construction sand and gravel development. Surface mining disaster includes the personnel casualties as a result of mining operation accidents and the mining pollution that results in the damage to neighbors. According to researches, mining operation accidents are caused by blasting, falling, collapse, transportation, heavy machine operation, and other man factors, and mining pollution is caused by waste stone moving, fly rocks, vibration, noise, mud pollution and highway damage by trucks. This study is aimed at the counter measures of surface mining disaster prevention and rescue as follows: (1) enhance and promote the supervision and administration of mining fields, (2) take strict steps to carry out the facilities of soil and water conservation for surface mining fields, (3) take secure measures for environment maintenance, (4) promote the slope stabilizing facilities of final highwall, (5) cope with the mined-land reclamation by division preferentially to restore the natural landscape as soon as possible. 吳傳威 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW |
